Refund Policy: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request by 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time within seven (7) days of your initial purchase. 

Cancellations: In order to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle you must cancel at least two (2) days prior to your next billing date. When the membership is cancelled, you will immediately lose access to the community part of the membership. You will only be able to access only the online course.

Credit card declines: If you credit card is declined for any reason, you will immediately lose access to all products associated with your purchase. You will need to update your payment information or make a payment within two (2) weeks of being notified from Suzanna Kaye Organizing that your payment has been declined or your membership will be canceled.
