Shipping and Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICIES 

Shipping charges are not included in product pricing 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

  1.  Shipment Processing Time. All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available. For shipping and order inquiries please email us at [email protected]

 

  1.  Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates. For online orders, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in USD at checkout. Estimated delivery dates will be provided once your emailed tracking number has been activated.

 

  1.  Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

SuzannaKaye.com ships to the US only. 

 

NO SHIPPING DAYS

SuzannaKaye.com observes US national holidays and does not ship on those days.

 

DELIVERY

Suzanna Kaye, Spark Organizing LLC shall in no event be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to effect delivery due to any cause which is unavoidable or beyond Suzanna Kaye, Spark Organizing LLC’s reasonable control and which prevents, impairs or adversely affects in any way Suzanna Kaye, Spark Organizing LLC’s performance under any order, including but not limited to war, fire, flood, natural disaster, strike, labor dispute, act of God, governmental action, civil disturbance, accident, or inability to obtain or use materials, labor, equipment, facilities or transportation; in such cases, Suzanna Kaye, Spark Organizing LLC shall have the right, at its option, without penalty or any liability for breach, to terminate all or any part of any order or to reschedule delivery within a reasonable time.

 

INSPECTION BY CUSTOMER; CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Customer shall carefully examine all deliveries of Products made hereunder and within five (5) days of receipt notify Suzanna Kaye, Spark Organizing LLC of any alleged error, shortage, defect or non-conformity of any such Products. Any failure by Customer to examine and report shall constitute a waiver of any claim or right of Customer against Suzanna Kaye, Spark Organizing LLC arising hereunder or by law with respect to any such error, shortage, defect or non-conformity reasonably discoverable by such examination. Any and all claims by Customer for damage or loss in transit shall be made by Customer against the carrier.

 

RETURN POLICY

To return your product, you should mail your product to the sender address on the shipping label. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Allowable Period.  Suzanna Kaye, Spark Organizing LLC will accept returns on a very limited basis. Suzanna Kaye, Spark Organizing LLC only accepts returns for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of Customer’s receipt of merchandise (“Allowable Period”). 

Process. Customer shall arrange to have the return shipped back to Suzanna Kaye, Spark Organizing LLC.   The Customer must return the Product in order to obtain a refund.   You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Packaging. Customer must keep the original packaging and use it to repack the Product for return. 

Unauthorized Returns. Any return made by Customer without a written return authorization from Suzanna Kaye, Spark Organizing LLC will be considered an unauthorized return (“Unauthorized Return”). Unauthorized Returns will not be granted a refund by Suzanna Kaye, Spark Organizing LLC.  Customer has the sole responsibility to arrange shipment of the Unauthorized Return from Suzanna Kaye, Spark Organizing LLC back to Customer. Customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any Unauthorized Return.
